Marriage & Relationships

(Format- Individual Therapy/Counselling, Couple Therapy)

Relationships are hard work, and like cars, they require regular maintenance to keep them running well. Sometimes troublesome differences, communication problems, issues around sex/intimacy, or infidelity can lay stress upon the relationship and come in the way of its smooth functioning. The relationship involved may be between a married couple, long-term partners or a budding romance; it is best to have any breakdown repaired promptly to avoid further complications down the road. In relationship counselling, an effort is made to recognise and harmonise the situation to manage it better.

Psychotherapy can help individuals start hearing one another better, treasure and support each other, and improve their way of relating. On the other hand, counselling can also be beneficial if individuals or couples are going through a divorce and they want someone to support them through this.
