All of us get angry from time to time when we experience hurt, injustice, fear, or frustration. While a normal human emotion, if anger gets out of control, it can quickly become problematic. People often seek counselling to help them deal with anger and how they express it. Anger management counselling is about training people to express anger healthily and that it is possible to be angry without being destructive.


Counselling helps people get more in touch with their feelings and express them instead of bottling them up and exploding aggressively and negatively. Counselling also helps address the issues or triggers underneath the explosions. Anger management counselling guides people to make practical changes in a supportive and caring environment.
