      Terms: • There is no penalty if the client gives a 24 hours notice when they cannot attend a session. • No-shows and notice of fewer than 24 hours are charged as a full session. • All matters discussed during counselling remain confidential unless: disclosure is required by law; client states that they may harm themselves or others. • Counselling fee remains the same for online and in-person sessions. • If a client requests therapy to be conducted at a specific location, the facility rental charges and the therapist’s transportation charges are paid by the client in addition to the counselling fee.
